In light of the ever increasing interest and demand for QUORiON cash
registers throughout Asia QUORiON Data Systems will be attending the CeBIT
Asia in Shanghai this year. The CeBIT Asia is one of the most successful
trade fairs for information technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications
and software in the Far East. Over the past 6 years the Fair has continued
its successful track record and has managed to attract a strong line up
of major ICT players from around the globe. Last year nearly 40 000 visitors
and 324 exhibitors attended the fair. The staging of CeBIT Asia represents
a promising stepping stone to new business throughout the entire region.
In the last 2 years QUORiON Data Systems has successfully introduced its
products in Asian markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand
and Singapore. The QUORiON
POS systems are especially popular in malls throughout the region.
Currently, the company is actively engaged in acquiring new partners in
Southeast Asia. “This is the first time that we will be attending the
CeBIT Asia. For our company it is the prime opportunity to showcase our
latest products, meet our partners and possibly generate new leads”, Patrick
Grueschow, VP explains.
Highlighting the QUORiON exhibit will undoubtedly be the POS
CONCERTO and its smaller version - the Q-Touch2.
Whereas the CONCERTO impresses with its unique design and touch screen-keyboard
combination, the Q-Touch2 sets standards for compact, ergonomic POS systems.
“Our outstanding software features will certainly be the key, when facing
the tough competition in Asia. Combine that with our hardware made in
Germany, and you have a solid product. We sell our cash registers in nearly
60 countries. Having consolidated our product line, we feel that we have
a great deal to offer our Asian partners. In addition, we provide numerous
intangibles such as short lead times, no minimum order quantities, free
software, and market specific modifications. In other words, we adapt
our product to precisely fit the market’s unique requirements. You won’t
find that anywhere else in our industry”, Mr. Grueschow asserts.
